Emergency Operations Planning

Your Partner in Emergency Preparedness

Emergency incidents are unpredictable, and working with JFed Security for your Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) will provide an effective and efficient response to ensure that your location continues to provide a safe, orderly environment for all individuals. When you manage a synagogue, house of worship or own and operate a business, your constituents expect that the building or campus is safe and secure.

A Black security guard wearing a black polo shirt, black baseball cap, and glasses speaks into a black walkie-talkie. He has a badge clipped to his shirt. Behind him is a wall with text in Hebrew and English that reads "Haganah V'bitachon Protection And Security" and colorful graphics of people.

JFed Security evaluates several categories when preparing an EOP:

Emergencies

A serious, unexpected and often dangerous situation requiring immediate action.

Threats

A person or thing likely to cause damage or danger.

Hazards

A danger or risk that may include, but is not limited to, fire, tornado, earthquake, severe weather, violence, bomb, chemical spill, or medical emergency.

An EOP provides a framework that outlines your organization’s intended approach to managing incidents of all types, and the planning process is supported by collaboration, training, and exercise.

The EOP provides direction on how to respond to an incident from the onset, through an extended response, and through the recovery process, in a way that protects people from injury, property loss, or loss of life in the event of an emergency, threat or hazard.
